Payment is due upon completion of the sale. If the item is a custom order, you have 24 hours in which you may cancel your order. I prefer Pay Pal for payments.

I ship via priority mail unless otherwise specified. If you need different shipping options, please contact me. If you require insurance, delivery confirmation etc,. please message me before you pay so that I can add those costs into your bill. If you're ordering for a specific occasion or need your order faster, contact me for alternate shipping options. I'm happy to work with you.

Return / Refund Policy

Because our products are perishable, all sales are final. Kimbo's Cookies will be happy to replace any item in the unlikely event that they are damaged due to improper packaging. We ask that you inspect the contents of your order as soon as they arrive to make sure that it meets with your satisfaction.

Kimbo's Cookies is not responsible for damage or loss as a result of shipments being returned or being undeliverable as a result of incorrect address information you supply to us, or for the inability of the recipient to receive the package on the date that you specify.

We take great care in packaging our products, however please realize that we are not in control of the delivery process through third parties. We will provide you with the confirmation number to follow the process of the delivery. We will not be held liable for shipping problems that may occur as a result of third party's actions. Any complaints of that nature should be referred to the appropriate shipping entity.

Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
