Our Story
In September of 2022, I was talking with my friends who had just opened their food truck. I realized that the food industry was my dream. In November of 2022, I enrolled at Auguste Escoffier: School of Culinary Arts.
I've always loved being in the kitchen and taking photos of my creations. One problem I had was the number of businesses selling cookies in large portions containing excessive amounts of sugar. I didn't find it appetizing and wanted to provide people an alternative.
During my time as a culinary student, I worked for several months perfecting my cookie recipe. I started sharing my cookies with friends and family. I had many people encourage me to start my own business and sell my cookies. I was apprehensive at first but ultimately decided to give it a shot.
In September of 2023, I started taking orders. I received my first and only order. I was a bit discouraged but was planning my wedding so I decided to hold off on starting my business.
Over the next year, I continued learning about the culinary arts and business. I graduated with my Associate in Culinary Arts in December of 2024 and cracked down on preparing to launch my business again. I am so blessed for the help I have received in this process and greatly look forward to serving the community.
